Shipping and Returns

Delivery time

After placing your orders, we will get to work for you as soon as possible. We do our best to ship your Escape Game ( within 2 to 3 business days. Should the time of shipment be longer than these 2 to 3 business days, it is indicated with the respective product. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Please note: Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not shipping days. On top of that, Sundays and holidays are never delivered, and on Mondays in some regions there is no mailbox delivery.

Shipping is free with us unless otherwise stated. There are no additional costs here.

Shipping to Belgium and Germany?

Shipping charges do apply for shipment to Belgium and Germany and the order will be shipped within 2 business days.


Not satisfied with the Escape Game? Then there is always the option of returning your order.
Returns are only possible if the escape game is unused and unopened. That is, this item has not been opened or damaged in any way as a result of such an attempt. Also, the escape game must be returned in its entirety; it is not possible to keep parts of the escape game in part.

How can you return your order?
– Report your return within a maximum of 14 days. This can be done by contacting
– Please include the reason for the return request
– You will receive detailed information by e-mail on how to return the item.

Return nothing without this confirmation.
– You return the item within 14 days of notification. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
– We will refund the total purchase price to your account as soon as possible, within a maximum of 7 business days after receiving the escape game in question.
